We had left after the vet walked by until my dog relaxed again and came back. But a perfect storm arose, with a delivery for the vet office right after the vet coming outside and walking past the car. He's gone into the waiting room and taken treats before. Yesterday I took him to the vet's office (new fear free vet) just to pick up prevention for my other dog and to get treats in the waiting room. ![]() He's been on prozac for about a month now and I can loose leash walk him around the neighbourhood, redirecting when he encounters a trigger. Other than that he has never bitten or snapped at anyone ever. He did lightly bite my hand a year ago at the previous vet when I was restraining him during a blood draw. My dog is reactive to strangers passing by our house or coming into our house, and is also vet reactive due to some negative experiences during covid times when I couldn't go into the vet with him. WE LOVE SOAPS: I suggested he play a recast Steven Lars on Twitter and that didn't meet with much positive response. He will go, "Roger is so good." And I say, "I know!" I heard he was coming back sooner than later. Sometimes I will insist with my husband that he sit down and watch a show. Roger is different from Justin Deas, and you probably get this, but he totally reminds me of a young Justin Deas. Gina and Keith (Justin Deas) were one of the greatest Dynamic Duos on soaps ever! As much as I love Heather, Gina may be my favorite role that you've played. WE LOVE SOAPS: Next you were Gina in SANTA BARBARA. It was a short-term deal and it worked well for me. We want to kind of reinvent Delia Ryan." And I did. So the same network (ABC) said to me, "Hey, come over and do this half hour show. They weren't, in my understanding, doing right by me in my job at GENERAL HOSPITAL. The terms were met by the same network when I went to RYAN'S HOPE, which was a half hour show. ROBIN MATTSON: It was a good move for me in terms of the reasons I left GENERAL HOSPITAL, which were strictly business. WE LOVE SOAPS: After GH you played Delia for a while on RYAN'S HOPE in 1984. When I joined the show Kin Shriner wasn't on but he came back and then the Heather and Scotty days were a lot of fun. ROBIN MATTSON: I probably didn't understand it in the way you just described it but I knew it was iconic and was gaining popularity with Luke and Laura. WE LOVE SOAPS: You took over the role of Heather on GENERAL HOSPITAL in 1980 when the show was skyrocketing into pop culture history and was #1 in the ratings. ROBIN MATTSON: When I went in to read for Gloria Monty I thought, "They'll never cast me as Heather." Because I was the girl-next-door, good girl ingenue on GUIDING LIGHT, I never thought they would go there. And so much different than the other characters you've played. WE LOVE SOAPS: Hope was more of a young ingenue. ![]() I remember we went live once, and lost power once. They sent me for this part of Hope Bauer and it was overnight that I moved to New York at 19. I thought since I was there I might as well look at some modeling agencies and some acting agencies. ROBIN MATTSON: I was in New York doing a commercial for Clairol. You played Hope Bauer on THE GUIDING LIGHT in 1976 and worked with people like Don Stewart and Stephen Yates. WE LOVE SOAPS: I'd love to talk about your many soap roles in retrospect. ![]() We Love Soaps spoke with Mattson this week about the many roles in her career, including unexpectedly being hired in 1980 by GENERAL HOSPITAL, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this month. Decades later, and with four Daytime Emmy nominations to her credit, she is still going strong, playing GENERAL HOSPITAL's always entertaining Heather Webber. ![]() Robin Mattson began her illustrious soap career with a role on GUIDING LIGHT at age 19. Open source systems are less expensive than paid models. Wondering why you should care about switching to an open-source browser? There are many reasons to consider open source software. Why Should You Use an Open-source Web Browser? The features are carefully selected and optimized to offer full customization, aided by a growing collection of themes and extensions. The 10 Best Open Source Web Browsers for You These browsers can be modified by anyone with the technical skill to do so or simply installed on a computer without needing any special software or license. ![]() What is an Open-source Web Browser?Īn open-source web browser (often abbreviated as O.S.W.) is released under an open source license, in contrast to proprietary browsers, which are closed source and hence not available for use outside the company that owns them. In this article, we are going to talk about the Best Open Source Web Browsers, what they are, and why they were created. Open source web browsers are the result of coders collaborating on the Internet to bring us better products and come with some pretty great features. This is the best thing we’ve seen in recent years as it allows greater flexibility for developers. We will keep you updated on progress.Today, more than ever, people are turning to an open-source web browser that runs on different platforms and is offered by third-party developers. Once that has been achieved, mobile browsers will follow. Mobile browsers are also in the pipeline, but are dependent on us having our own Sync service primed. The idea behind this change is that not only will Waterfox be incredibly performant, but also be at the forefront of supporting the latest HTML standards. If our features apply cleanly each release, we will then stop tracking the Extended Support Releases and instead start a rolling release for Waterfox. Over the next few months we will track the central branch of Gecko. We have also changed the way we make changes to the underlying Gecko platform, meaning we can now track releases faster and in a more automated way. Windows and Linux ARM builds will also follow in due course. ![]() Unfortunately this means we have to leave older systems behind - but any computer from the last decade should work.ĪRM builds are now available for macOS and these are also optimised, taking advantage of the new hardware Apple has to offer. ![]() We have aggressively optimised Waterfox for as much performance as possible. Waterfox has returned to its roots with performance at the forefront. We will be optimising the website over the next few weeks as well as setting up redirects for any old pages that have been missed. ![]() This website also allows us to add documentation, support documents and better ways to convey information. You may have noticed a new website - much more information, with a more practical structure. After enough time has elapsed, the automatic update will be seeded out to all users. Today marks the soft release of the 4th Generation of Waterfox. Taxes, shipping and other charges are extra and vary. It's pom-forward, but you can definitely taste the berries in there, too. The flavor of Sparkling ICE's Pomegranate Blueberry is refreshingly different from mainstream sodas, so you won't feel like you're just drinking someone else's version of something that's already been done a million times. While most of Sparkling ICE's other flavors feature summer fruits, pomegranate is very solidly in the fall and winter category, so if you're into that cool, crisp afternoon vibe, you don't have to worry that this drink will transport you back to the sweltering heat of summer. ![]() To determine what it takes to energize a particular load start at the load and work your way backwards to the left to see what has to be connected for it to operate. The loads (motors, pumps, solenoids) are all at the right. I find the original manual's wiring diagrams a bit hard to detangle so I re-drew my own which might help you track it down. Look in the shop manual or the convertible top manual for details about how to adjust it. The one on your left receiver looks like a non-original replacement, but functional. Special 5/16-24 x 1 5/8 hex head dog point screw, inserted from the wheel well. The deck down portion of the top up cycle doesn't start until the finish panel is fully retracted and the upper back panel limit switch regulates that part of the sequence so that's where my suspicion lands. From right to left, (or bottom to top depending on how this photo loads): 1. This can be due to a number of different issues:ġ) poor connection at the coil or ground contact of the relay (less likely if neither one is energizing)Ģ) deck lock limit switch (again, less likely if neither is energizing) I have both the systems but have not compared them. ![]() The operation of a 61/63 top is the same as the 64/66 and in fact I believe that the mounting plate is the same, a couple of the relays have a different part number on them but may not effect operation at all. The deck lock relay should be energized at the same time to run the lock motor so if neither the pump nor the lock motor are running I'd suspect it's a control voltage problem (i.e., the signal that powers the relay coils). Re: Convertible top relay replacement project. This system comes with easy to follow installation instructions, approx. An all new electronic replacement relay system for 1960 to 1966 t-bird convertibles that fits in the exact location of the original mechanical relays. If you have a poor connection on the high power contacts at that relay (like Phobos suggested) you would probably hear a click from the relay when you press the top up switch on the console but then nothing else. It provides power to the pump and the deck solenoid valve. For the deck lid to go down toward the end of the top up cycle the "deck close" relay needs to be energized. There are also many clubs available to join, but players can also start and manage their own. The game includes an online mode, where players can race with other players from all around the world. Tuners, Sport Bikes, Exotics, the Lexus SC430 and Mercedes Benz SL 500 (R230) (along with its higher-performance AMG variant, the SL 55) get "Zone" (a form of bullet time which allows for more precise handling at high speeds), Trucks/SUVs and Luxury Cars get "Agro" (which allows the vehicle to plow through traffic and other obstacles without taking damage or slowing down), and Muscle Cars and Choppers get "Roar" (the only offensive ability, it launches a sonic wave that blows away any vehicles in its path). If the player beats a club in three races they unlock a special ability for that class. As the game continues, different clubs that drive a specific type of car will invite the player to race with them: American Royalty Car Club (Muscle Cars), Big Playas (SUVs/Trucks), By Invitation Only (Exotics), Chopper of America Bike Club (Choppers), Luxury Rollers (Luxury Cars), Original Riders (Sport Bikes) and Unbeatable Street Racers (Tuners). Players can create either a circuit, ordered or unordered race by placing checkpoints throughout the city, and can change racing conditions such as traffic, weather, and time of day. Players can also create their own races in the Race Editor (not available in the PSP version). Frenzy events also available in Arcade, are time trial races where the player gets every 15 second a nitrous boost, also the handbrake won't work and the race only ends when the time is over. Track events, available in arcade mode, are similar to autocross races, except that the player competes against other races inside the barricaded track, often taking more damage. Autocross races take place in a walled-in circuit of the street with no traffic or police, the goal being to finish the circuit faster than a set time. ![]() In unordered races the player is free to go through scattered checkpoints in any order before crossing the finish line. In circuit races the player races along a circuit course through the city for a set number of laps. There are five types of races in the game: Ordered Race, Circuit Race, Unordered Race, Autocross Race, Track and Frenzy. The cars are divided into four classes: D, C, B and A, depending on their performance. These options include enhancing the performance, adding vinyls and new paint jobs, and physically modifying the car by changing parts such as wheels, bumpers, spoilers, neon, hoods, and engine components.
